Larry E Simpson, owner of McKinley Dupree Talent Co.

McKinley HR Group, formerly named and operated under McKinley Dupree Talent Co. was established in 2023 by Larry Simpson, SHRM-CP. Larry currently serves as the Founder, and Principal Consultant at McKinley HR Group and possesses over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field, achieving optimal results in HR Consulting, Benefits & Compensation, Strategic Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Relations.

McKinley HR Group was inspired by and dedicated to Larry’s late uncle, McKinley Dupree, Jr., McKinley Dupree, Sr. and Larry Simpson, Sr. Larry founded McKinley HR Group, and was inspired to assist small business grow, by way of a focus on people. Years prior to passing, McKinley Dupree, Jr., specifically envisioned and supported Larry owning his business.

We continue to serve small businesses with a passion but have a focus on helping businesses of all sizes.

Although McKinleyHR Group maybe considered a “boutique” HR consulting firm today, our reach is far, our drive, client-dedication and determination run deep.

Our mission is simple, to support to organizations of all sizes achieve optimal results through the hearts of their people.
